About the Organization

A nonprofit home for youth sports programs with structure, heart, and ambition.

RPB Sports, Inc. was formed to create a stronger foundation for youth athletics in Palm Beach County. The organization supports programs that combine competitive training, character development, safe environments, family communication, and community partnerships.

Family Roots Elite Culture Community Impact

Our Story

From one program to a bigger mission.

RPB Sports began with a simple belief: young athletes deserve programs that are organized, inspiring, affordable where possible, and serious about development. RPB Volleyball became the first flagship program, giving families a clear example of what the organization is trying to build: strong coaching, energetic training, meaningful competition, and a culture that feels like family while still holding a high standard.

The long-term vision is bigger than one roster or one season. RPB Sports is designed as a nonprofit umbrella that can support volleyball today and additional youth sports opportunities tomorrow, always with the same foundation: athlete growth, community connection, and responsible leadership.

Mission

To provide youth athletes with high-quality sports programs that promote athletic growth, character development, leadership, teamwork, and community connection.

Vision

To become a trusted community home for youth sports, where athletes of different backgrounds can access strong programs, positive coaching, and pathways to compete and grow.

Promise

We will build programs that are clear, organized, family-aware, athlete-centered, and committed to doing things the right way even when nobody is keeping score.

Values

The standards behind the name.

RPB Sports is built around values that can travel across every sport we add.

Work

Athletes improve through effort, preparation, repetition, and coachability.

Respect

Teams function best when athletes, parents, coaches, officials, and opponents are treated with dignity.

Accountability

Commitment matters. Communication matters. Following through matters.

Belonging

Every athlete should feel seen, challenged, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.

Excellence

Excellence means improving the details: practice habits, systems, communication, leadership, and care.

Community

The strongest programs are built with families, sponsors, facilities, coaches, and local partners working together.

Leadership

Led by people invested in the program, the athletes, and the families.
